We are currently recruiting for a full-time supervisor at our authentic wood-fired Italian pizzeria in Bath.
£13.80 per hour basic pay plus £2-£5 per hour in tips.
The ideal candidate will be well-presented, motivated, have an excellent level of customer service and be able to work as part of a small team as well as independently.
Candidates need to have excellent knowledge of food hygiene and allergen regulations.
Previous experience of working in a busy restaurant environment is preferred.
Candidates should be able to provide two references.
This position will involve working evenings and weekends as well as other shifts.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead and motivate team members, including servers, cooks, and baristas, to deliver top-quality service
- Oversee food production and food preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- Manage staff schedules, delegating tasks effectively to meet restaurant demands
- Monitor food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
- Assist in training new employees on service procedures, food handling, and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Support culinary activities such as cooking, food presentation, and beverage service when needed
Pay: £15.80-£18.80 per hour
