Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice 2 days a week(Tuesdays and Thursday) (option to increase). The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in dental care, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient services. This role requires a professional who is not only proficient in clinical skills but also passionate about patient education and comfort, has good communication skills, is a strong team player and is committed to postgraduate education and professional development.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventative, and cosmetic treatments.
Utilise medical imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with practice policies and current regulations.
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development.
Experience
A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is essential. Evidence of ongoing CPD.
MINIMUM 5 years experience in a clinical setting. An interest in Invisalign would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective patient interaction.
A compassionate approach towards patient care is essential for success in this role.

CBCT, intraoral scanner, rotary endodontics, GBT, AquaCare, microscope.
