Seven Hills Homecare is looking for dedicated Community Care Workers to join our friendly team and provide high-quality care and support to people in their own homes.
This is a rewarding role where you will help individuals maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life, while providing person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.
About the Role
As a Community Care Worker, you will support our service users with a range of daily activities, including:
- Providing personal care while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.
- Supporting individuals with mobility and daily living activities.
- Assisting with medication in line with care plans and training.
- Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Supporting people living with dementia and other cognitive conditions.
- Supporting individuals with complex or end-of-life care needs where appropriate.
- Encouraging independence and helping people remain safely in their own homes.
- Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns or changes in a person's needs.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and infection prevention procedures.
- Working closely with colleagues, families and other professionals to provide consistent care.
- Attending training and keeping your knowledge and care skills up to date.

Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential, as full training and support will be provided for the right candidates.
Driving
A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle is desirable, as the role involves travelling between service users' homes.
