An opportunity has arisen for a registered Nursing Associate to join our respiratory service. As a Nursing Associate you'll play a key role in delivering safe, compassionate care to children and young people with acute and long -term respiratory needs. Working closely with Registered Nurses, you'll support assessment, monitoring and recovery while developing your clinical skills in a specialist paediatric environment. You'll be joining a friendly, progressive team across the two Respiratory Wards (Leopard and Kangaroo) which focuses on children and young people requiring respiratory medicine acutely and chronically. It has 23 beds, including a high-dependency unit, dedicated beds for children and young people with cystic fibrosis and transitional care beds for long term ventilated children and young people.
