About the Role
Hours: Guaranteed 39 hours per week (8 hours Mon–Thurs, 7 hours Fri)
Location: Covering South / South East /South West London
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for a motivated and technically capable HVAC Service Engineer to join our UK Service Team. As the global leader in humidity control, Condair provides extensive training and development to ensure our engineers become industry specialists.
In this mobile role, you will carry out service, maintenance, repair and commissioning of our humidification and associated systems while delivering excellent customer service and representing Condair professionally on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance, repair and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical components.
- Support customers on-site and maintain strong communication and teamwork
- Manage a fully equipped company vehicle, including stock and parts control
- Travel across your designated region with occasional support to other UK areas including overnight stays when required
- Optional weekend work (paid at x1.75)
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Mechanical engineering bias with strong problem-solving ability
- Basic electrical knowledge (wiring, circuit fault-finding)
- Experience working in a mobile field service role and confidence driving in the region
- Clear communication skills and stable recent work history
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
- Plumbing / water system knowledge
- Background in HVAC, F-Gas, building services, compressors or water treatment industries
Flexibility
You may occasionally be required to start early or finish later to meet customer requirements. Average working day is approximately 9 hours. Saturday availability is optional, though during peak demand a minimum of 1 Saturday per month may be required.
