Bank Residential Childcare Worker
Location: Salford, M44
Salary: £14.50 per hour (casual hours)

Inicio is one of the UK’s largest providers of Care, Support, and Education to Children, Young People, & Families. We’ve recently opened a new home for children in Salford and are building a team of kind, reliable, and caring adults who can help create something special.
What you’ll do:
You’ll be part of a close-knit team helping children feel safe, supported, and optimistic about their future. You’ll:
Build relationships based on trust, consistency and respect
Support daily routines – school runs, meals, activities, emotional support
Be a reliable adult during challenging moments
Record key events and insights that help show each child’s progress
Champion education, wellbeing, life skills and positive experiences
Help make the house feel like home
What we’re looking for:This could be right for you if:
You’ve worked in residential childcare
You hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare, Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner or similar (essential)
You stay calm in tough moments and want to learn how to support children through trauma
You’re comfortable working alone at times and following structured routines
You hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car (essential)
