We're now seeking an experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Lead, coach and support a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve safety, productivity, quality and service KPIs
Coordinate daily operational activities across areas such as Inbound, Returns, Pick, Pack and Outbound
Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all DHL health, safety and security standards
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback and support colleague development and engagement
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, performance and operational standards
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Warehouse, logistics or distribution team leadership experience
Strong people management, coaching and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
Automation, FMCG or start-up operation experience is desirable.
