About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth within the care industry. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong track record in business development, particularly within healthcare or care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in the care or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of the care industry and its regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
