From Cardiff to Manchester, now we’re growing further – and our store in Trafford Centre needs a passionate Team Leader to lead the way!
OBJECTIVE:
We are currently seeking a Team Leader to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Trafford, UK. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the training and development of staff members
- Supervise and delegate tasks to staff during shifts
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being met
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Selection criteria:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge & understanding of food safety regulations
