The Role
As a Health Care Assistant at Fairdene Lodge or Grosvenor Lodge, you will be a key part of a close-knit and supportive care team. You will be responsible for delivering day-to-day personal care and emotional support to residents, helping them to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration.
- Engaging with residents to promote companionship, wellbeing, and meaningful activity.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional wellbeing.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care.
