We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead a team of three and oversee the effective management of rent accounting, service charges, financial reporting, and housing management systems.
This role would suit an established housing finance professional or someone ready to take the next step into a management position. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate administration of rent income, arrears management, annual rent and service charge reviews, service charge budgeting and reconciliations, while maintaining compliance with housing regulations and robust financial controls.
Working closely with colleagues across Housing and Finance, you will produce management information, support audit requirements, drive service improvements, and build strong relationships with tenants, leaseholders, contractors, and other stakeholders.
About You
You will have experience working within a housing rents and service charge environment and possess a strong understanding of the processes and regulations that underpin social housing income management. You will be highly organised, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate outcomes.
