Job Summary:
Due to our client’s specific needs, Rebound Care and Support is seeking to recruit flexible, energetic, proactive Female Brain Injury Support Workers with experience in childcare and brain injury care to support our female client, who lives with her family in Truro, Cornwall.
This is a 1:1, person-centred role, focused on supporting rehabilitation, family life, and overall independence and wellbeing.
The role includes assisting our client with her children as part of daily support.
Hours:
2 x 24h shifts, Mon - Sun 24h shifts (with a sleeping night) 08:00 – 08:00 (alternate weekends will be required).
Pay:
Mon - Fri £381.60
Sat - £391.10
Sun - £412.10
Responsibilities
- Following personalised support plans and risk assessments.
- Assist individuals in accessing community to improve their quality of life.
- Assist with childcare and family routines in a supportive, respectful manner.
- Support individuals in setting and achieving their personal goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the client, ensuring best practices and a person-centered approach.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all support provided, maintaining professional and respectful documentation.
Experience
- We are looking for supportive, patient, energetic, proactive and committed team members to provide the care throughout the whole day. The ideal candidates will need to have experience in working with Brain Injury clients, active, attention to detail and have a can-do attitude.
Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.

Pay: £17.00-£20.00 per hour
