Job Title: Registered Manager – Supported Living (CQC). NEW REGISTRATION

Location: London SW11
Salary: £35,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (with flexibility to meet service needs)
Majestic Homes is a new and developing supported living provider, established to deliver high-quality, person-centred care within the community.

We provide high-quality supported living and personal care services for adults aged 18+, including young vulnerable adults and individuals with complex needs.
Our service delivers 24/7 care within a community-based model, operating across seven self-contained flats, supporting individuals with:
- Person-centred care and support planning
- Learning disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
- Mental health needs
- Trauma-related experiences
- Emotional and behavioural needs
- Complex and high-complex care needs
The Role – Registered Manager. NEW REGISTRATION
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the supported living service.
You will ensure the service is:
- Safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led
- Fully compliant with Care Quality Commission standards
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred and therapeutic care
- Supporting individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomes
This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring strong operational oversight, team management, and a passion for delivering excellent care.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within adult social care
- Experience working with:
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Mental health
- Complex and high-needs individuals
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks
- Experience delivering person-centred and therapeutic care
- Right to work in UK
- Ability to manage teams, performance and service delivery
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Competent IT skills (care systems, reporting, compliance)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Adults)
Desirable
- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- Previous experience in new registration
- Experience within supported living services
- Experience working with trauma-informed models of care

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of support staff
- Create a positive, open and supportive working environment
- Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals and team meetings
- Promote reflective practice and continuous learning
- Recruit, induct and retain high-quality staff
- Ensure delivery of person-centred, trauma-informed care
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments and support plans
- Manage staffing rotas to ensure safe and effective coverage
- Monitor and improve service performance and outcomes
- Ensure accurate and compliant record keeping
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Prepare for inspections and lead on inspection readiness
- Implement and monitor quality assurance systems
- Manage incidents, safeguarding concerns and investigations
- Ensure policies and procedures are always followed
- Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and trauma-informed approaches
- Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs
- Promote emotional wellbeing, independence and life skills
- Work with individuals displaying behaviours that may challenge
- Ensure care is delivered with dignity, empathy and understanding
- Build strong relationships with:
- Local Authorities
- Healthcare professionals (including CMHTs)
- Commissioners and external agencies
- Lead on referrals, assessments and placement suitability
- Represent RegalStay Care & Support in professional settings
- Ensure robust safeguarding practices are in place
- Promote a safe environment for individuals and staff
- Oversee medication management systems and compliance
- Monitor health & safety and risk management processes
- Support budget management and resource allocation
- Monitor service performance against KPIs
- Ensure efficient and effective use of resources
