Design 4 Life is seeking motivated and compassionate Support Workers to provide exceptional care to adults with physical, learning, and sensory impairments, including complex health needs. Flexible hours: 7:15am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care).
- Experience in care roles preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, compassion, and patience.
- Ability to provide 1:1 support and work flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, meal prep, and support with medication.
- Offer emotional support and promote independence.
- Assist service users in educational, recreational, and community activities.
- Implement person-centred care plans and maintain accurate records.
