We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. No previous experience required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in their subject area and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting student development, and contributing to the overall educational experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
- Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and share resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
- Stay updated with educational trends and best practices in your subject area.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a CAT C+E driver (Class 1)
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred but not essential as full in-house training provided
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Pay: £16,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
