Location: Sellafield, Seascale
Hours: 38 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 9-Day Fortnight
Week 1: Monday to Friday, 7:15am to 4:15pm (3:15pm finish on Friday)
Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 7:15am to 4:15pm
Salary: £46,337.20 + bonus + travel allowance (in line with the NAECI Agreement)

We're looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our team delivering hard services maintenance on the Sellafield site. You'll play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems within one of the UK's most highly regulated environments, helping to ensure safety, compliance and operational reliability.
Role Responsibilities
Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of building services systems.
Complete inspections, testing and certification, including EICRs, in line with BS 7671 and site compliance requirements.
Support electrical projects and system upgrades, providing technical expertise and assisting with safe implementation.
Review risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work documentation to ensure work is completed safely.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and asset performance.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Electrical Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Full UK Driving Licence.
What We're Looking For
Experience working within a commercial, industrial or highly regulated maintenance environment.
Strong understanding of electrical compliance, fault finding and testing procedures.
Ability to work safely and effectively within strict site procedures and permit systems.
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing qualification would be advantageous.
