Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and well-stocked
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate tabs for each guest
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards to uphold health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, demonstrating excellent time management skills
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or serving within a hospitality or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, drink mixing techniques, and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
