Job Title: Security Officer
Location: Bradford
Contract: Permanent – Full Time 42 hours per week average
Working Pattern: 4 on / 4 off 2 days 06:00 till18:00 followed by 2 nights18:00 till 06:00
Rate of Pay: £15.06 per hour
About the role
We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment on site. The role will involve managing the weighbridge, controlling site access, and acting as the first point of contact during any emergency situations, liaising directly with client personnel as required. You will also be expected to complete all site-specific security and client documentation in line with Assignment Instructions and local procedures.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct site patrols (on foot and by vehicle using the E360 system), lockups/openings, and respond to ad hoc security requests.

Monitor CCTV, investigate incidents, compile reports, and prepare evidence packs as required.

Manage access control, including badge issuing, badge making, and visitor checks.

Carry out emergency response tasks and liaise with client personnel during incidents.

Perform equipment audits, car park monitoring, and handle incoming calls professionally.

Comply with all Assignment Instructions, company standards, uniform/dress code, health & safety policies, and participate in required training/inductions.
What you'll bring:

Valid SIA Security Guard or Door Supervisor Licence (mandatory).

SIA CCTV Licence (mandatory).

Minimum 25 years of age.

Held a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years.
