Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as the Cornwall Slip and Slide Team Leader. Working closely with Cornwall Slip and Slide Manager, this role involves overseeing the smooth operation of our popular outdoor attraction, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, and leading a team of staff members. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, a friendly demeanour, and experience in hospitality and leisure. Duties/skills
- Lead and supervise the Slip and Slide team to ensure high standards of guest service and safety.
- Coordinate daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the attraction is maintained to health and safety standards.
- Delegate tasks, and monitor performance throughout shifts.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintenance of equipment to prevent accidents or malfunctions.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and motivation.
- Assist with training new team members on operational procedures and guest interaction standards.
- Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining safety standards.
This role is vital in creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors while ensuring operational excellence through effective leadership.
Pay: From £14.00 per hour
