What You Will Do
As a Finance Assistant, you'll be pivotal in the daily operations of the Finance department, alongside the Finance Manager and Accounts Assistant.

Main Responsibilities
- Credit control
- Purchase ledger reconciliation
- Monthly/ weekly sales invoicing
- Purchase invoicing and purchase ordering
- Timesheet reconciliation
- Payroll duties – As needed
- General administrative duties
- Petty cash & credit card reconciliation
- PPE stock control
- Adhoc duties to support the Finance Manager and accounts team.
- Sales ledger
What We Expect of You
- AAT Level 2
- Sage experience
- Prepared to attend formal training courses
