Experienced Soft landscaper
Pay: £13.50–£15.00/hour (DOE) Reviewed annually each April
Hours: 38/week (paid for 40) Early Friday finish
Looking for a stable outdoor role with variety and a supportive team? We’re recruiting a landscaping/grounds maintenance operative to maintain and enhance outdoor spaces across our sites.
Main duties will be uplifting of commercial estates landscaping, secondary duties will include upkeep of landscaping maintenance
What you’ll do:
- Turfing,Planting,Mulching,Flagging
- Hedge trimming, strimming, litter picking, leaf clearance
- Safe operation of hand/power tools & towing trailers
- Lead a team
- Delegate tasks and provide support to team members
Who we’re looking for:
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
- Must have proven commercial Landscaping experience
- Ability to lead a team and deliver high standard results
- Positive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Must be eager and ambitious
