Head Chef – The Fork & Flower NN12
We’re growing… and we’re looking for an exceptional Head Chef to grow with us.
Following the pending acquisition of our second Fork & Flower venue, we’re searching for a passionate and ambitious Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our beautiful new countryside café in Northamptonshire, NN12. Although this is our second Fork & Flower Venue we also have a third venue in Nottinghamshire so you’ll be joining a strong group with support of 2 other head chef’s.
We’re bringing The Fork & Flower philosophy to a much-loved local café, creating a menu that’s fresh, seasonal and beautifully executed, whilst preserving everything guests already love.
If you’re someone who enjoys creating fantastic food, leading a small team and having genuine input into a growing independent hospitality brand, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading all aspects of the kitchen.
Developing and delivering our breakfast, brunch and, afternoon tea and lunch menus. We also expect to run 1/2 evening events a month.
Working alongside our baker to create beautiful homemade bakes.
Maintaining consistently high food standards.
Training, motivating and developing your team.
Managing GP, ordering and kitchen operations.
Helping deliver exciting evening events and seasonal menus.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready for the next step.
Loves fresh, quality food.
Leads by example.
Thrives in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
Wants to be part of a growing independent business with exciting plans for the future.
