Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join us on a self-employed, CIS-registered basis. The role involves working across a range of residential projects, including void properties and occupied (tenanted) homes. A professional and respectful approach is essential when working in tenants’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general labouring and skilled construction tasks
- Undertake repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works
- Work within both void and tenanted properties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Communicate professionally with tenants and clients
- Follow all health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a skilled labourer
- CIS registered (essential)
- Self-employed status
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Own transport (essential)
- Own tools (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
