The Role
As Assistant Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director and Registered Agency Manager, playing a key role in the day-to-day management and growth of the agency. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated healthcare professional who combines strong clinical knowledge with leadership and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Support the Managing Director and Registered Agency Manager in daily business operations.
✔ Assess service users' needs and contribute to the delivery of safe, person-centred care.
✔ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff across the agency.
✔ Participate in CQC compliance activities, inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes.
✔ Liaise with Local Authorities, NHS partners, and other stakeholders.

Essential Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who:
· Is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Midwife
· Holds a current NMC registration with an active and unrestricted PIN
· Has previous management or supervisory experience within healthcare, nursing, domiciliary care, or agency settings
· Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
· Has knowledge of CQC regulations, compliance requirements, and healthcare quality standards
· Is commercially aware and able to support business growth and service development
· Can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a management team
