Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. The Pharmacist will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality service standards while fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Be competent in delivering all aspects of Pharmacy First services.
Duties
- Supervise the pharmacy team to ensure efficient daily operations and high standards of patient care.
- Be a key member, part of the team.
- Oversee medication dispensing process from start to finish in a highly organised manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safety protocols and pharmaceutical legislation.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Manage procurement processes to ensure the availability of essential medications at all times.
- Vaccination clinic and hypertension service.
Experience
- Proven experience working within a community pharmacy setting.
- Demonstrable expertise in patient care, including medication management.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is highly necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Vaccination experience desirable.
Pay: £25.00-£28.00 per hour
