We are seeking a proactive, target-driven and relationship-focused Employer Partnerships and Business Development Manager to drive apprenticeship growth and support the continued development of Sport Structures.
Working closely with employers, the role will focus on developing partnerships, identifying workforce development needs and promoting apprenticeship and training solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating employer opportunities, converting enquiries into apprenticeship starts and contributing to agreed recruitment and business development targets.
This is a newly created part-time role designed to support the growth of employer partnerships, apprenticeship recruitment and business development activity across Sport Structures.
Success in this role will be measured through the achievement of agreed apprenticeship recruitment, employer engagement and business development targets, including the generation and conversion of employer opportunities into apprenticeship starts.
The successful candidate will have a track record in employer engagement and business development, with the ability to build relationships, generate opportunities and achieve agreed targets.
