Due to the continued success and growth of The Woodlands Bar & Grill, we are looking to recruit two talented and experienced Chef de Parties to join our established kitchen brigade.
This is an excellent opportunity for passionate chefs who take pride in their food and want to develop their career within a busy, successful fresh-food restaurant and grill.
THE ROLE
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section and play an important part in delivering consistently high standards across our:
● Restaurant service
● Functions & private events
● Afternoon teas
● Special events & seasonal menus
You’ll be working alongside a team of seven qualified chefs in a professional, fast-paced kitchen where fresh food, quality ingredients and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
● Minimum 2 year’s experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant environment – essential
● Recognised catering qualification
● A genuine passion for fresh food and quality ingredients
● Strong organisational skills
● Ability to remain calm and organised during busy services
● Excellent attention to detail
● High standards of food preparation and presentation
● A positive attitude and strong team ethic
● Reliability and a professional approach to your work
