About the Role
Are you a skilled landscaper looking for regular, high-quality work? Or perhaps you have the basics down and want to elevate your craft?
We are looking for a reliable, self-employed landscaper to join the team. You will be working directly alongside the designer on a fantastic variety of high-end residential projects. This is a brilliant opportunity to take pride in premium builds and, if needed, develop your skills under expert guidance. Excavator/digger experience is highly valued for this role.
What We Are Looking For:
- Excavator Experience: Highly beneficial. Experience operating mini-diggers/excavators for ground preparation and earthmoving will give you a massive advantage.
- Landscaping Skills: A strong grounding in both hard and soft landscaping (paving, timber work, brickwork, planting, etc.). We welcome applications from fully experienced pros as well as 'improvers' looking to learn.
- Attributes: A great work ethic, strong attention to detail, and an adaptable attitude.
- Team Dynamics: The ability to work efficiently on your own initiative or collaborate smoothly as part of a small team.
- Logistics: A Full UK Driving License and reliable transport are essential for travelling to various sites between Bordon and Winchester.
