We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Trainee Machine Operators. No previous experience in paper bag manufacturing is required as full training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn how to operate specialist machinery used to produce sustainable paper packaging products, including bakery bags, bread bags and eCommerce mailing bags.
What You Will Learn
- How to operate and monitor production machinery
- Machine setup and adjustment
- Quality control procedures
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Safe working practices in a manufacturing environment
- Production planning and efficiency improvements
As your skills develop, you will have the opportunity to progress into Machine Setter and Senior Operator positions.

- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
