As a Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in promoting these high-level B2B conferences, engaging senior industry professionals and helping drive delegate attendance and commercial success across the portfolio.

Based outside London Victoria station, our office has excellent transport links, and flexible hybrid working is supported.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the implementation of innovative international marketing campaigns across the IQPC Energy & Oil & Gas portfolio.
Specifically, the role involves:
- Using a full range of online marketing tactics, including social media, email marketing, online PR, SEM and digital content
- Developing targeted campaigns to attract senior decision-makers from across the energy and oil & gas industries
- Promoting tailored content, conference agendas and thought leadership to generate quality leads and delegate registrations
- Formulating compelling copy and producing marketing collateral across multiple channels
- Working closely with Conference Producers to understand event content, industry trends and target audiences
- Undertaking detailed ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure agreed targets for revenue, registrations and lead generation are met
- Testing new marketing approaches and messaging to improve campaign performance
- Working closely with Sales, Production and other internal departments to achieve project objectives
- Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines across an international portfolio of Energy & Oil & Gas events
Desired Skills and Competencies
- Educated to degree level, 2:1 or equivalent working experience, ideally within marketing, communications or a related discipline
- 1+ years' marketing experience preferred, ideally gained within the B2B, events, media, energy or technology sectors
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with strong decision-making ability
- Outstanding organisational, prioritisation and multitasking skills
- Detail-focused and analytically inclined
- Self-driven, results-oriented and commercially aware
- An interest in energy, sustainability, technology or global business trends would be advantageous
Training & Development
To enable you to achieve your potential, extensive ongoing training will be provided throughout your tenure. Regardless of your position, everyone is provided with an initial three-month induction and training plan, followed by advanced development and continued learning.
You will gain hands-on experience across B2B marketing, digital campaigns, audience development, content marketing, data analysis and international event marketing, while working closely with senior stakeholders across the Energy & Oil & Gas industry.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
