HEYTEA is an internationally recognised premium tea brand, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are currently looking for reliable, energetic and customer-focused Tea Baristas to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Take customer orders and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock management and daily store operations
- Support team members during busy trading periods
- Follow all company operational procedures and policies
Requirements
- Must have valid UK work authorisation (Share Code required)
- Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in hospitality, café, bubble tea or food service is preferred
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and team-oriented
- Able to commit to the role for at least 6 months
