We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team. The role of the Admin Assistant is to support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative operations within the business, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while providing support to other departments. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
- Processing orders and associated paperwork accurately
- Answering telephone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
- Maintaining and updating records to ensure accuracy and organisation
- Preparing documents, reports, and general correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of courier labels for UK and international shipments
- Providing support to team members with their daily workload
- Ensuring filing and record management is completed in a timely manner
- Identifying areas for improvement and raising these with management
- Following company processes and procedures at all times
- Undertaking additional duties outside of core responsibilities when required
Person Specification
Qualifications
- Good general standard of education (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent desirable)
Experience In / Knowledge Of
- Experience in an administrative or office environment (desirable but not essential)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
