This is the role where you will be have the independence as an Facilities Management Trainer in Worcester to be at the forefront of education. You will be having a significant impact in changing lives through providing educational excellence to some of the most well know nationally and internationally businesses in the world. As a Facilities Management Trainer you will be providing apprenticeships, bootcamps and coaching to the next generation of talent.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hands-on Facilities Management Training
· Individualised coaching to learners
· Create reports, documentation and ensure compliance
· Guide learners to successful completion of their Facilities Management qualifications
· Establish and maintain a leading training programme
Key Requirements:
· Experience in people management or leading a team
· Knowledge of Health and Safety
· Commercial experience in a fast paced industry
· Good organisational skills
· Ability to travel
