Job Overview
We’re looking for full-time and part-time staff members for a call center role with A2B Taxis Cornwall at our head office in Trispen on the outskirts of Truro.
You’ll help customers by phone, including booking jobs in our dispatch system. You’ll handle questions, resolve issues, and keep accurate records.
The role includes some nights and weekends.
You must have reliable transportation as some shifts include early starts and nights have late finishes
you must be comfortable with basic computer tools and have a good understanding of English and the demographics of Cornwall
The position is weekly paid.
