EnjoyTravel.com a well respected online travel website specialising in Car Rental and Airport Car Parking is looking for a new addition to their team.
Following continued business growth and the onboarding of new contracts, we are looking for a Claims & Customer Support Advisor to join our team.
This is a fully remote position. However, you may be required to attend our Norwich office approximately once per month for meetings, training or team events. Reasonable notice will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail orientated and enjoys resolving customer issues. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and claims from start to finish, ensuring a professional and efficient service is delivered at all times.
You Will:
- Handling incoming customer emails and support tickets.
- Investigate and process customer claims accurately and efficiently.
- Resolving queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to investigate and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and claim outcomes.
- Escalate complex cases where appropriate.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and service standards.
About You:
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A calm, patient and professional approach.
- The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Good computer literacy and confidence using web-based systems.
- Previous customer service experience (minimum one year)
- Previous claims handling experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 5:30pm with one hours unpaid lunch break.
This is a full time position with fixed working hours.
