✨ About the Role We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our tea room. You will be the face of our business — greeting customers, taking orders, and helping keep everything running smoothly. We want someone approachable, reliable, and a great team player. Must have own transport & be able to drive — due to our location.
☕Main Duties
- Welcome customers warmly, take food & drink orders accurately - Serve at tables / counter, answer menu questions & give allergen info - Operate till, take payments & handle cash responsibly - Help with stock rotation, organisation & restocking - Clean tables, counter, seating areas & facilities to high standards - Support the kitchen team & help wherever needed - Keep work areas tidy & follow food safety rules
