Full Time office position, based in Erith DA18 4AW (09:00 – 17:00)
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic sales representative to join our team.
Your primary focus will be looking for new business by identifying, calling, and emailing potential manufacturing customers in the injection moulding and extrusion sectors as well as maintaining existing accounts.
Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will spend a lot of time talking to people. You must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting lapsed customer accounts
- Re-engaging with previous customers
- Making outbound cold calls & cold emails to generate new business
- Speaking with suppliers regarding availability, lead times, and orders.
- Processing orders.
- Ensuring any questions you are asked are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Maintaining good relationships with your customers.
- Assist with any other sales duties & admin when required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous outbound sales experience is preferred, but not essential
- Confidence in making calls without being prompted
- Professional communication skills over the phone
- Confidence in discussing pricing
- Strong work ethic and personal accountability
- Self-motivated and proactive by nature
The successful applicant will be trained on the products we sell, suppliers, quoting procedures and our internal systems.
What matters most for us is attitude, confidence on the phone, a willingness to take ownership and actively contribute to business growth.

- You need constant supervision to stay productive
- You are not naturally proactive with follow-up
