Job description:
We are looking to recruit experienced call handlers, to work nightshift in our Manchester Control Centre. You would be working within a busy, fast paced team. The successful candidates will be receiving and making calls, dealing with customers and our fleet of drivers from within our busy Control Centre.

Keys Skills
The ability to work at a fast pace and accurately record data
You must have good IT skills
Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative
Thrives under pressure
Ability to Multi task complex queries with an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
A good standard of literacy and numeracy
The Role
Shift pattern – 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts
Answering call’s quickly and professionally
Liaising with customers, handling queries including existing breakdowns and accidents
Be the first point of contact with drivers who have broken down or had an accident
