About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play an important role in creating a stimulating, caring, and inclusive environment where every child can learn, develop, and flourish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Supporting engaging indoor and outdoor activities that encourage curiosity and development.
- Assisting with snack times, mealtimes, and daily routines.
- Working closely with the Room Leader and wider nursery team.
- Contributing ideas to activity planning based on children's interests and developmental needs.
- Supporting each child's individual learning journey through meaningful interactions.
- Building positive partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
- Following all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years, or holds EYTS or QTS.
