Duties
- Assist Service in locating parts using computer systems, catalogs, and product knowledge
- Maintain organized inventory records using Microsoft Excel or similar software to track stock levels and order parts as needed
- Process sales transactions accurately while providing professional phone etiquette for inquiries and orders
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to understand technical specifications and ensure proper parts availability
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, providing prompt assistance or directing calls to appropriate departments
- Organise storage areas to optimize accessibility and safety
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures or experience working with vehicle or equipment parts is a plus
