as arlo is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, organised and commercially minded Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
This isn’t a role for someone who just wants to schedule the occasional post.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our day-to-day social media presence, understand our business and audience, build a clear content plan and help us tell the arlo story properly.
We’re a close-knit team with ambitious plans for the future, and as the business continues to grow, we want our marketing presence to grow with it.
The role
Working closely with our Managing Director and wider team, you’ll help plan, create and manage engaging content across our social media and digital channels.
You’ll be responsible for things such as:
- Developing and managing our social media content calendar
- Planning content around campaigns, services, events, training and business milestones
- Creating and scheduling day-to-day social content
- Managing platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Creating professional branded graphics and content using Canva
- Writing engaging social media copy that sounds like us
- Producing short-form video content, Reels and behind-the-scenes content
- Attending training days, events, client activities and team days to capture content where required
- Helping develop marketing campaigns for our consultancy and training services
- Monitoring engagement and performance and identifying what content works
- Keeping our branding and messaging consistent across our channels
- Supporting website content, blogs, email marketing, brochures and other marketing materials
- Bringing new ideas to the table rather than simply waiting to be told what to post
What we’re looking for
Essential:
Strong understanding of social media and content creatio
Confident using Canva
Able to plan and manage a structured content calendar
Good written communication and copywriting skills
An eye for design, branding and detail
Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
Organised enough to manage multiple campaigns and deadline
Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment
Someone who understands that good social media needs both creativity and strategy
Most importantly, we want someone who gets our brand, understands what we’re trying to build and isn’t afraid to bring ideas to us.
What we can offer
This will initially be a part-time position, but we’re specifically looking for someone who has the potential and ambition to develop the role into a full-time position as arlo continues to grow.

Pay: £15,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
