About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, passionate and dynamic Front-of-House Team Member to join our service team. You will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring every visit is memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
- Accurately take orders and efficiently serve food and beverages.
- Provide outstanding customer service, proactively addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Contribute to the overall team effort, assisting with other duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a high-quality restaurant setting, with a strong understanding of wine service.
- Possess a positive and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively under pressure.
- A strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts as required.
- Must have availability beyond the summer holidays.
