How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future
- Lead and continuously improve enterprise-wide resource and capacity planning processes across DCC's change and delivery portfolio.
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights that enable prioritisation, resource balancing and informed portfolio decision-making. [
- Partner with project teams, business functions and senior stakeholders to identify capacity constraints and proactively resolve resource challenges.
- Drive the adoption of effective governance, forecasting and workforce planning practices while helping stakeholders navigate organisational change. [
- Support the implementation of new resource management tools and ways of working to deliver greater efficiency, transparency and control.
What you need to bring
- Demonstrable experience delivering Resource Management and Capacity Planning services within a complex project, programme, PMO or portfolio environment.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience turning complex resource data into actionable business insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities, with the confidence to engage and challenge at senior leadership level.
- Experience driving process improvement, governance enhancement or workforce management transformation initiatives.
- A background within project delivery, PMO, IT, technical delivery, contract management or similar enterprise change environments. Chartered Project Professional or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
