We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client specifications.
- Perform additional services such as makeup application, eyelash extensions, and barbering as required.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development.
- Upsell products and services to clients, ensuring they are informed about the benefits of each offering.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
Skills
- Proficient in various hair cutting and styling techniques.
- Experience in makeup application and eyelash extensions is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to mentor others and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Competence in upselling products while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to ensure clear understanding with clients.
