Job Title: Mortgage Advisor
Location: Fully Remote
Basic Salary: up to £40,000 Basic + Guarantee
OTE: £60,000 – £80,000

With a strong reputation in the market and access to a broad panel of lenders, the business supports clients with everything from first-time buyer mortgages and remortgages through to more complex and specialist lending requirements.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join their fully remote team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious adviser who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to focus on what they do best – advising clients and writing business. All leads are provided, and a dedicated administration and case management team handles the processing and back-office work, allowing advisers to maximise their productivity and earnings.
The business specialises in complex and adverse credit cases, with advisers regularly handling high volumes of quality enquiries. Mortgage fees can be up to £1,500 per case, creating a significant earning opportunity for motivated individuals.
Successful advisors are typically writing high volumes of business each month, with excellent support in place to help them achieve strong and consistent results.
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)
- On-target earnings (OTE): £60,000 – £80,000

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- No weekend work required
Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Demonstrable record of consistent monthly banking’s / strong performance history
- Confident working across a wide range of mortgage products including complex and subprime cases.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, tenacious, resilient and target-driven
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client appointments and provide tailored mortgage and protection advice
- Evaluate clients’ circumstances and recommend suitable mortgage products from a wide lender panel
- Work with protection products (e.g. life, critical illness, income protection) as appropriate
- Convert pre-qualified leads into submitted mortgage applications
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Stay up to date with market trends, lender criteria, and relevant mortgage regulations
- Liaise with the internal qualifying and case-management teams to ensure a smooth process from advice through to submission and completion
- Meet individual and team targets for submissions, completions, and overall performance
