The Role
We are seeking a driven, business-orientated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will work closely with management to keep front-of-house operations running seamlessly during high-volume service, maintaining our standards of hospitality while keeping an eye on floor efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house staff during busy lunch and dinner services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming guests and resolving any feedback with tact and professionalism.
- Maintain high operational standards, ensuring smooth table turns, stock management, and strict hygiene compliance.
- Monitor daily sales targets, upsell menu items, and optimize seating capacity to drive business performance.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cashing up, and daily team briefings.
