Industrial Supplies is a well-established, independent Engineers Merchants based in the old industrial center of Hull. It is part of Humber Merchants Group, a network of 5 branches all owned by the same family.
There is now a vacancy for a Delivery Driver who is enthusiastic to join the team at our Hull Branch. Hours of work are 5 Days a week (Monday – Friday) + 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
· Delivery of goods to different addresses and through different routes
· Follow routes and time schedule
· Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle
· Complete reports and customer paperwork
· Follow regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
· Full UK driving license
· Good communication skills
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Manual handling experience
Desirable attributes:
· Proven working experience as a delivery driver
