This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Working within the Fund Management and Operations Team, led by Simone Williams, Katie Bennet and Charlotte Hill, the Heads of Fund Management and Operations team, the Manager will play a critical role in providing operational support for Infrastructure Grants. You will be joining a newly established team responsible for supporting the management, monitoring and reporting of the National Housing Delivery Fund (NHDF) portfolio, covering both existing projects and future pipeline opportunities.
The team acts as a central point of coordination between delivery teams, finance colleagues, performance teams and external stakeholders, supporting the effective management of the NHDF throughout the full project lifecycle.

You will be comfortable supporting project and programme delivery, managing complex operational issues and providing accurate information to support decision-making. Strong data management and advanced Excel skills are essential, alongside the ability to analyse performance data and produce clear, insightful reports.
You will be resilient and confident working with a range of stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement across the fund.
As an experienced operational delivery professional, you will be organised, collaborative and detail-focused, with the ability to manage large datasets, maintain data accuracy and deliver high-quality outcomes as part of a high-performing team.
