The Role:
You are the linchpin of the clinic, the first face clients see, the voice on the phone, and the energy that sets the tone of every visit. You'll connect clients to the right clinicians and treatments, manage bookings, support the wider team, and make sure every person who walks in leaves better than they arrived.
This is not a passive reception role. We need someone who owns their day completely, takes pride in every detail, brings genuine enthusiasm to every interaction, and measures their success by the smiles they create and the rebookings they earn. What you'll be doing
- Being the warm, energetic first point of contact for every client, new and returning
- Managing clinic diaries, bookings, and client records in Cliniko
- Converting enquiries and confidently guiding clients towards the right treatments and packages
- Following up with new clients within 24 hours and actively driving our rebooking rate
- Supporting marketing tracking, social media and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-branded reception and waiting area
- Handling stock, payments, montly fire audits, and end-of-day administration
- Actively contributing to team meetings, CPD sessions, and clinic development
What we're looking for
- Genuine energy and passion for delivering outstanding client experiences
- Proven background in a client-facing or customer service role
- Someone who takes full ownership, no task-list mentality here
- A strong communicator, confident on the phone, face-to-face, and in writing
- Organised and methodical, able to multitask at pace without dropping the ball
- A natural team player who lifts those around them
- Adaptable, calm under pressure, and flexible to business needs
- IT confident, comfortable with clinic software, Google platforms, and email
Salary and Package
£24,960 pa
