Automotive Customer Service - Huddersfield Up to £30K basic + Bonus

Mon - Fri with Saturdays on a rota
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service to join a busy and professional automotive business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work
Providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey
Liaising with the workshop to ensure smooth daily operations
Updating customer records and managing booking schedules
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or bookings role (automotive experience desirable but not essential)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident telephone manner with a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
A professional, positive, and reliable attitude
